FAQ

Can I cancel reservations that are made in the portal?

Yes the same cancellation policy applies in the portal as any other customers, 24hrs before pickup you can cancel the reservations with no cost.

Do you need a deposit on the reservations?

Depending on the payment method you wish to have there is no deposit required, however if we send you an invoice for the reservations, and you have made the payment, we will refund it if it is canceled according to our cancellation policy.

Do we need to have the full detail of the customer before making the reservations?

There is no need for full detail at the time of booking, we do however need the information before or at the pickup time of the vehicle. You can either make the changes in the portal, or the customer can give this information at the time of pickup.

Can I add extras to the reservation once it has been made?

Yes you can adjust the reservation at any time before pickup, either through the portal or by sending us an e-mail.

Is it possible to make duplicates of existing reservations?

For the time being we will need to make those manually on our end, so if you need to make duplicates, just send us an email with a reservation number and we will make the duplicates.

I made a booking for a client outside of your opening hours, how can he pick up the keys?

Once the reservation has been made, we just need the email of the client online check in available for the agencies, we will however need the email and name of the client to be able to send him the check-in information.

I need an invoice for a reservation for a trip including many cars, can I get an accumulated invoice

Yes, just send us an email and we will generate an accumulated invoice for you.
